Current airport mayhem aside, here’s a selection of some of your best options for a hassle-free holiday from summer 2022 and beyond.
The UK lifted its remaining COVID-19 restrictions related to travel in March and London and other top tourist spots like Edinburgh, Cornwall and the Cotswolds appear to be back to pre-pandemic numbers. If travelling in the next month or so, consider one of the equally charming cities or towns that are less visited, like Warwick, the home of Warwick Castle, founded in 1068 by William the Conqueror.
