InterContinental Khao Yai, Thailand

Set in a UNESCO World Heritage Site three hours from Bangkok, InterContinental Khao Yai is crafted from former railway cars from Thailand’s State Railway and comes from the brilliantly bonkers maximalist designer, Bill Bensley. The property is slated to open in Q3 of 2022 with 45 guestrooms, followed by 19 railcar suites in the later part of 2023.

Regent Phu Quoc, Vietnam

Located off the southwest coast of Vietnam, Regent Phu Quoc is raising the bar on the idyllic island of Phu Quoc, with 176 stylish suites and 126 chic villas. Expect sugar-sand beaches, rooftop infinity pools, yoga pavilions and a comprehensive kids club. This new addition opened in April 2022.

Cap Karoso, Indonesia

Coming to the wild and rugged island of Sumba, Cap Karoso is going to be a major game-changer when it soft opens in December 2022. Raffles Resort & Spa Sentosa, Singapore

Raffles continues its expansion around the world, but this year, a second hotel is slated to open on the brand’s home turf of Singapore. Raffles Resort & Spa Sentosa is scheduled to open late 2022 on the lush Singaporean island of Sentosa, located just off the southern coast of the mainland.
