Sarah Jessica Parker is briefly renting out her beach house in East Hampton.

The TV and movie actress, who is most recognized as Carrie Bradshaw from HBO’s “Sex and City” and “And Just Like That…,” will list her summer cottage on Booking.com as a weekend getaway from Friday, August 26 through Sunday, August 28, 2022.

The “Sarah Jessica Parker’s Hamptons Hideaway” will become available for booking on Tuesday, August 23, at noon ET; before then, the web listing is being shown as a live preview.

The 1940s property is located in Amagansett, a hamlet in the town of East Hampton on Long Island. It can be booked for a two-night stay over for two guests only, with its availability on a first-come, first-served basis. The listing’s fine print also states some ground rules, including a “no parties allowed” mandate.

The cost of this Booking.com listing is by far lower than the prices you’d find in the Hamptons. It is set at $19.98. The amount reflects the year of Parker’s breakout role as the fashion-forward writer journaling about relationships in New York City. “Sex And The City” made its television debut in June of 1998.

Through a media release by Booking.com, Parker explained how the beach cottage rental is being prepared to accommodate the winning two guests.

“When we designed the space, our goal was to create a perfect getaway for family and friends that was comfortable [and] private and that accentuated the property’s close proximity to the beach,” stated Parker. “We wanted the property to truly feel like a home, so we furnished it with vintage pieces we had collected over the years, and made the backyard a versatile place where we could enjoy summer sunsets, barbecues and fun gatherings. It was designed with love, relaxation and happy times in mind.”

This three-bedroom cottage in Amagansett has a pathway leading to a private beach plus an expansive deck surrounded by much greenery amid a very private backyard.

Inside the hideaway property, guests will come across a closet full of Sarah Jessica Parker-designed footwear, a brick fireplace and a home bar stocked with Thomas Ashbourne craft spirits. They can also help themselves to a ready-t0-serve Perfect Cosmo by SJP and a charcuterie board.

The lucky guests are also encouraged to venture around Amagansett, perhaps to do some boutique shopping and grab a bite to eat.

They can start off their morning at Jack’s Stir Brew Coffee, a location for this organic coffee and bakery chain. Other suggested places include Nick & Toni’s, a longtime Italian-Mediterranean restaurant within a farmhouse setting that is known for their wood-fired fare.

Affectionately known as LUNCH, The Lobster Roll provides another dining option as a retro-looking seafood shack. Or these out-of-towners could do some grocery shopping from a local farmstand to cook a meal back at the beach house.

In November 2021, Parker partnered with Airbnb to list a stay at a recreated version of her “Sex and the City” apartment building in a New York City brownstone. It was scheduled in timing with the promotion of the premiere of “And Just Like That… .”
